There has been a huge build up of stress and anxiety in my life during the last two months. I am working towards reducing stress from my life within the next 30 days.

The Build Up Of Stress And Anxiety
The past couple of months have really put me into a stressed state. I have had problems with finances along with health issues. It is a combination of issues at work and also family related.
I can feel the tension in my body, there is a constant feeling of anxiety. I’m not sure what the future hold, as I have tried to remain positive.
I cannot blame anyone else but myself, as I had not prepared well to deal with these issues. I am going into work, but there are issues with my pay. I am working, but my mind is not at peace. The work environment is also highly negative, and I cannot see it change much in the near future.
My body is in pain, but I have to work to make ends meet. There is nobody coming to my rescue, I have to get myself out of this stress and anxiety. My mind is also not in a great state, as I have to put up with a lot of negativity at work.
The stress level is really high, I cannot afford to take any days off, as I have to pay bills and cover my living expenses. Sometimes, I wonder if I am the only person suffering like this?
Surely, I cannot be the only person, there are many people suffering as a result of the increased cost of living. I have to find a way out of this mess by increasing my earnings and getting my health in order.
Taking It A Day At A Time
I have to manage this stress and anxiety day by day, gradually reducing it to a safe level. I feel really lazy and don’t really want to do much. I cannot see how I am going to transform my mood from hopelessness to optimism.
I know stress is making my body tighten up. I will have to exercise and stretch to loosen up my muscles. I will also have to focus on my diet and make sure that I am drinking enough water.
I have been eating a large amount of junk food recently. I have also been drinking a lot of coffee and energy drinks to tackle the boredom and anxiety that I am experiencing at work.
Just as everything was falling into place, things started to go out of control. I know what I am going through is actually testing me to see how badly I want to transform my lifestyle.
I will find a way out of this temporary setback and come out stronger and more determined to transform my life. We do not know what will happen tomorrow, but we can do our best at the present time to make tomorrow better.
I am working on getting myself into a better state at this current moment to enable me to gradually break away from the stress and anxiety that has got ahold of me.
Taking In Deep Breaths
I have been taking in short breaths and feel out of breath, this is associated with stress and anxiety. I am working on taking in deeper breaths to get me out of the feeling associated with stress and anxiety. I’m working towards breaking my current breathing pattern.
Breathing in deep and in a relaxed way helps to oxygenate your blood and get your body functioning normally. These deep breaths have helped me to get centered and focused on the important things in life.
I know that all is not lost, it’s just a temporary phase that I am going through. It will eventually pass, and I will start to feel better. Controlling your breathing can transform your mood and also help to release the tension in your body.
Meditating To Relax My Mind And Body
I have also started to meditate to get rid of the mind fog and also to relax my body. This has helped me to move away from the negative thoughts that were creating the stress and anxiety.
As I am working 12 hour shifts, I meditate during the half-hour breaks that I get throughout the night. I just close my eyes and watch the thoughts pass through my mind.
If something is bothering me, I let it go, as I know it will not stay for long. Meditation helps me to clear the negative thoughts and focus on my goals.
I need to clear my mind as I am working with colleagues that are infecting their minds with rubbish. I don’t want to hear this rubbish, but they play it loud on their mobile phones. There is no personal space as such at work, as I am working with ignorant, inconsiderate individuals.
I will have to get some ear plugs to stop the negativity from reaching my subconscious mind. Sometimes I wonder if these individuals are deaf, as there is no need to broadcast what they are playing on their phones.
Positive Affirmations To Transform My Mood
I am repeating positive affirmations during my time at work to transform my mindset and uplift my mood. These positive affirmations are helping to remove the negativity from my mind.
Affirmations without feelings don’t have much power to transform your life. I try and emotionalize my affirmations by feeling how I would feel if the affirmation is my current reality.
I also write down my affirmations repeatedly to pass them over to my subconscious mind. All this may seem a little crazy, but I am willing to do whatever it takes to get me out of my current lifestyle.
I have to get myself out of this toxic work environment. I am working towards keep myself motivated and focused on my goals.
Visualizing The Future That I Desire
I close my eyes and visualize the future that I want to create. I watch it in my mind’s eye like a movie. I try and make it as realistic as possible by making it vivid and life like.
I also try and feel the feelings associated with the scene that I am visualizing. It’s not perfect, but I am working towards it daily. I perform these visualization exercises 2 or more times daily, each session lasts for around 10 to 15 minutes.
I start to feel good after each visualization session and my belief also increases. I know that I will be able to transform these visualizations in reality with belief and consistent effort.
There is still much work to do, and the negativity at work drives me to continue on the path towards freedom. It is pushing me to move out of the comfort-zone and seek the freedom that I truly desire.
The negative environment at work is really a blessing in disguise. If it was comfortable, I would get struck there. The more negativity that I experience, the more motivated I get to find a way out of this rut.
The 30 Day Plan
I started working towards reducing stress and anxiety from my life on the 1st of November 2024. I will continue working towards this goal for 30 days.
This stress and anxiety had built up during September 2024 and October 2024. These two months have take a lot out of me financially, emotionally and physically.
I will use these 30 days to take action towards creating harmony in my life. I may not be able to fix my finances and health within 30 days, but I will be able to get back on the path. I will be able to feel better emotionally, without having to worry about the future.
Currently I am feeling stressed out and anxious, but gradually this feeling will diminish. I am keeping this blog real and disclosing the negativity that I am going through.
No Passive Income Yet
This blog will not get monetized via Adsense soon. Most of the posts are not being picked up by Google. It looks like there may be a shadow ban on my domain. I have not done anything wrong, and all my posts are written by me.
There is nothing controversial or illegal in the posts. I’ll have to wait and see what happens in the new year. I will continue posting updates. It is not easy for me to churn out blog posts, as I work 12 hours long shifts for 7 nights at a time.
I will utilize as much of my free time towards working on improving myself and posting updates on this blog. Let’s see how things progress by December 2024.
I am writing this blog post on the 3rd of November 2024, it’s nearly Guy Fawkes Night (fireworks). My Hindu friends are celebrating Diwali and Christmas is just around the corner. The US election is also about to take place. The global economy will going through many transformations during the next couple of months.
It has started to get colder and the days have become shorter. I don’t get to see much sunlight, as I work night shift that are 12 hours long. I have started to feel like a vampire, I need to get out of this crazy shift pattern.
The only way for me to get out of this trading time for money cycle is by building a passive income stream that covers my living expenses.
Still Early Days
It’s been around 4 months since I started on this journey, but I still have not managed to figure out how I am going to build a passive income stream using the internet.
I am confident that I will find a way to build multiple streams of passive income. Many people have done so using the internet and I will also do it soon, it’s just a matter of time.
It’s early days yet, it’s been only 4 months, and I have been working on this on a part-time basis. The momentum is gradually building up, it will take some time for it to tick over.
I will have to get some good backlinks to this blog for Google to start ranking the posts according to keywords and key phrases. I have not paid much attention to keywords or key phrases whilst writing the posts. I have just gone with the flow, and written the posts o the fly.
I would appreciate it if I could get some backlinks from people reading the posts. If you have a blog, contact me and I will return the favor.
I don’t know how long it will take to get approved by Google Adsense, I will just have to wait and see. I will have to look at other ways of building an online passive income stream.
