Most of us set financial goals at the beginning of the new year to try and make the next 12 months more productive than the previous 12 months. As the year progresses, our financial goals don’t always fall into place.
In this post I want to outline some of the things you can do to get back on track again.
Reevaluate Your Financial Goals
Do you truly want to accomplish the goals that you have set?
Maybe the lack of results is draining your motivation. If your goal is important enough the vision of accomplishing it will keep you motivated.
Have you set realistic goals or are you just kidding yourself. If you are not willing to make sacrifices in time, effort and money… you are not serious about accomplishing your goals.
For you to accomplish your goals you will have to develop new habits and also a new mindset. You cannot accomplish your goals by taking the same daily actions and following the same routine as you did previously. You cannot transform your financial circumstance by thinking like your used to think.
You will need to adopt new habits and a mindset focused towards accumulating and attracting wealth.
Your habits and mindset must be aligned with the financial goals that you want to accomplish. You will always get the comfort-zone trying to pull you back, this is expected.
You must have the resilience to push away from the comfort-zone and break free. If you cannot do this, you are not ready to accomplish the goals that you have set. You will only be wasting your time, money and effort.
Are the goals that you have set important enough to devote your time, money and effort to accomplish?

If the answer is no… you will be wasting your resources. I don’t want to give you false hope…. I’m telling you like it is. If your goals are important to you… there is always a way to accomplish them!
When you set a rock solid goal, you make a promise to yourself. You may break a promise that you make to others, but you can never break a promise that you make to yourself. You need to know and value your self worth.
To you, you are the most important person in the world. You are taking action to transform your lifestyle. When you have created financial abundance for yourself, you will be in a position to help others.
Most people that are struggling in life, look towards others for a way out of their nightmare. Sometimes in life you need to take action yourself to achieve the things that you desire.
A famous martial artist and film start once said “There is no help like self help!”. There is so much truth in that little saying. If you take it as life advice, you will get far.
Reconnect With Your Dreams
On the 1st of January 2024, I set a goal of earning over $5,000 monthly in passive income within 12 months. I created a daily plan of action and started working on it.
After working consistently for nearly a month, I did not get the results that I expected. I got some results, but these were not going to get me to earning a monthly passive income of over $5,000.
I started to think about the trading time for money lifestyle that I will have to continue living, if I did not accomplish this goal. I also started to think about the freedom that would result from accomplishing this goal.
I was using both pain and pleasure to reconnect with my goal. They are the two things that motivate people in life. When you have suffered enough, you want to make a change. When you have a dream you want to make a change.
The pain pushes people to start dreaming of the possibilities that are open to them. I was not going to give up on my dream after working on it from approximately a month.
Accomplishing my goal was really important to me, my dream was only a few months in the future. It felt as if I had already accomplished it, once I started to think about it.
Never stop dreaming, life is much better with a dream. It gets even better once you start taking action towards transforming it into reality. Dreams are there for you to give them life. Don’t die with your dreams unfulfilled, you are the only person that can give life to your heart felt dreams.
You can get out of the trading time for money trap. You have the power within you to create a better lifestyle for yourself. I am not just saying this, I believe in it 100%. This is the reason that I have made a decision to take action and escape the rat race!
I believe that I will succeed in transforming my dream into reality and also believe that you too can do the same. You just need to believe in yourself and take the necessary action.
Many people have dreams, but don’t take any action towards setting goals to transform them into reality. They continue waiting around for the right time or external events to change.
I have realized that the decision has to come from you, and the perfect time to get started is immediately. You need to make an immediate decision and start taking action towards transform your own life.
Revise Your Plan Of Action
I knew that my plan of action was not producing the results that I expected. I could not carry out tasks and work on opportunities that were not moving me towards my goal and my dream. I did not want to waste my valuable resources of time, effort and money.
I started to look at other viable options, and eventually settled with the Plug-In Profit Site. This was the vehicle that was going to use to drive me to freedom. It was going to get me to earning over $5,000 monthly in passive income by 31st December 2024.
I devised a daily marketing plan and stated working on it. These actions started to produce results and this boosted my belief in my ability to accomplish my goal and transform my dream into reality.
I had written down a daily marketing plan that was focused on sending traffic to my blog and landing page. I worked on this daily marketing plan consistently and stayed focused on my dream.
Take Massive Action
I was not going build a monthly passive income of over $5,000 monthly by 31st December 2024 by just marketing when I felt like it. I know that I must stay consistent and take massive action to accomplish my goal.
Nothing is going to stop me from transforming my dream into reality as I have found the way to build multiple streams of passive income using the internet.
I will put all my free time into marketing the Plug-In Profit Site and keep on re-investing the money I make into driving more traffic to my site, until I reach my goal.
I have kept to my promise of writing a blog post everyday. I am writing this post on the 3rd of February 2024, it will be published on the 4th of February 2024. I have 34 posts live on this blog and I have already started to get organic search traffic to it.
It is still early days, most of the traffic to my blog is coming from paid sources. I will be driving as much traffic as I can within the next 5 months to get to stage that will enable me to pay for the traffic from the earning from the Plug-In Profit Site.
I know I will have to sacrifice a lot of time, effort and money in building this online passive income. This is my dream and I have set a goal and will stay focused on it until I accomplish it.
The die is cast, and I must play the game to win. If you don’t play the game, you can never win. If you do not take part, you cannot win the race.
The difference is that I am not competing with anyone. I am working towards transforming my financial circumstance and willing to help others to also do the same.
