I have many things to deal with in 2025 to get my life back on track. It’s going to be a really busy year for me and I will have to make plans and stick to them.
I Need To Start Working On My Short Stories
I would like to be able to earn a living from writing short stories. I know this is not going to happen rapidly, as I will have to establish myself as a reputable author. I will need to earn approximately £3,500 monthly to enable me to cover my monthly expenses.
If I am able to build a passive income stream that earns me over £3,500 monthly, I would just continue writing the short stories without having to worry about the money.
I am looking at various ways of building passive income streams using the internet to enable me quit my current employment. This will allow me to have the time to focus on writing my short stories.
Currently, I am trying to utilize every minute of free time that I have to work on writing my short stories and also look at ways to build a passive income online. I don’t have much time or a large amount of capital to invest in doing this. I know it will take time and effort, I will have to stay focused and do the work that’s required.
Writing these blog posts also take up a lot of time, but I need to do it as it keeps me focused on my goal. One day I will be able to look back at these post and see how it all came together, the struggles and the successes.
Working close to 60 hours weekly does not leave much free time, but life has to carry on. I will have to set goals and break them down into tasks that I will be able to work on during the limited amount of free time that I currently have.
Whatever happens, I will continue writing these short stories. It would be a bonus if they can be monetized. If all my living expenses were covered, I would just continue working on my short stories.
I really enjoy writing short stories, but it is hard to earn a living from them. It looks like I will have to build passive income streams to support me along the way.
Building My First Passive Income Stream
I have started building my first online passive income by creating a Stocks ISA with Trading 212. I have managed to invest the full £20,000 allowance for this term. I will have to wait until the 6th of April 2025 to qualify to invest the next £20,000.
I don’t know how much I will be able to invest into my Stocks ISA next term, as I may have to make monthly mortgage repayments. I may also have to pull out some of the £20,000 that I have already invested to cover expensed related to purchasing the house.
This is depends on the whether or not the mortgage application goes through. I am hopeful that it will work out for the best. I will also have to pay off my debts to remove the stress that it has been causing me for a long time.
I will have to look at other ways of building passive income streams, ideally online passive income streams. I don’t have much time or money to spend on building these. I will have to think smart and leverage my time to build up these passive income streams.
My goal is to monetize my YouTube Channel as soon as possible to start bringing in another stream of passive income to enable me to fund my online investing goals. It may be easier for me to monetize my YouTube Channel compared to monetizing this blog using Adsense.
I applied to get this blog accepted for Adsense, but it was reject due to thin content. I don’t know how to make the content of my blog posts any thicker!
The posts are written by me and related to building passive income and my journey toward improving my lifestyle. I will have to crack on with the posts and apply for Adsense monetization in April 2025.
I Have Been Thrown Into The Deep End
It looks like it’s sink or swim time for me. I am currently faced with many financial, health and emotional obstacles. I will have to tackle each and every one of them to move me towards the lifestyle that I truly desire.
Life’s been a tough old journey so far, but I can’t complain. It has taught me many things that others will not get to know or understand. It has played with my emotions, placed me in difficult situation… but I have managed to stay afloat.
I cannot and will not let go of my dreams, I will crack on and face every obstacle that is placed in my path. I have some ideas that I will need to implement to enable me to generate income using the internet.
I am looking at low-cost or free ways to build online passive income streams. The ideas that I’m looing at are content creation and print-on-demand, as they can be started on a low budget.
These passive income streams will take some time and a lot of effort to start generate revenue. It will take some time to monetize my YouTube Channel and this blog. I will start designing T-Shirt to sell on Amazon using Merch By Amazon (print on demand platform).
My Short Stories
I will be publishing my short stories for free on this blog. I cannot make a profit my selling them as I am not a well know author. I will have to prove by worth by letting people read my short stories for fee.
I will have to build my reputation as an author of short stories by publishing them on this blog. I would appreciate your feedback on the stories so that I can work on improving my writing skills.
If you enjoy the short stories, please share them with others. This would mean a lot to me, as my dream is to become an author of short stories and eventually earn a living from writing them.
It’s difficult to get established as a good author, but I have made a decision to give it my all. I will continue writing them on this blog to build up my skills and following. It would be a dream come true once I become a sought after author of short stories.
I had mainly studied mathematics and technical subjects, I had neglected my creative side for many years. Once I started blogging, I realized that I really enjoyed expressing my ideas and the creative side started to come alive.
I will keep the stories short so that you will be able to finish reading it within a few minutes. You will be able to read the stories on a PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone with internet connection.
You will be able to share the link to the story via social sharing buttons. If you are reading it on a Smartphone, you will be able to share the link via WhatsApp. In my opinion, WhatsApp is the best form of sharing, as the person you are sharing it with is a personal contact. This person will most likely trust your recommendation and actually read the story.
The next post will be a short story and you will be able to read it in full. I am not going to leave it on a cliff hanger or block it via a paywall.
